New Year. New Beginnings. Although it's a good starting point, the New Year, always make sure that you are following your own calendar. Make a commitment to self care this rotation. Whatever that means to you. Of course, I recommend regular massage but as always, if you don't see me, see someone. Nutrition is #1, hands down. Chiro. Meditation. Floating, deprivation tank time. Self love projects. I do The Magic every year to strengthen my Gratitude muscle. "He who is grateful for ________, will receive more _________." These are just a few things I keep in rotation.
It has definitely been a year of growth and deconstruction for myself. I am feeling that it's time to start rebuilding in the new open spaces remaining in the aftermath of my life. :) Have an amazing and safe weekend and transition into the new calendar year!
With that being said, I will be running my tips only special for the month of January. Meaning, if you have never been on my table before, the first hour will be for tips only, whatever is on your ❤ at the end of the session. You can also upgrade to a longer session for the difference. Appt must be physically booked in the month of January but can be scheduled out for February. Just has to be booked by the end of January.
