Self Care in between massage and bodywork sessions is vital to enhancing and getting the most out of your body work. There is no therapist on the planet that is going to be able to take better care of you than you do of yourself. Foam roll, fascia tools, cups, stretching, salt baths, floating/deprivation tanks, reiki, counseling, nutrition. The list of options to show your body you love it, is endless.                                                     

           

                                                                                         

Don't forget to take time on occasion to just do some simple things that make you feel good. Read a good book on the back patio. Express a few journal entries. Take a walk around your neighborhood. Hoop dance. Punching bag. Bike ride. Batting cages. Meditate. Draw, paint or indulge in an adult coloring book. And of course hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
