I can provide Swedish (a more relaxing pressure) all the way to deep tissue. I usually like to aim for a good balance where the client leaves feeling as if they have had some work done but relaxed at the same time. I like to mix in some pin & stretch as well as massage cupping where I feel that it is needed. Massage cupping is good for scar tissue, lymph drainage. Fascia work with AISTM tools like gua sha and Theragun. Not one single client or their needs are like the next client so I aim to customize each session per the needs of the individual.
